Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! I purchased a car which broke down within my warrantee period. The AA declared the car was unsafe to drive, despite this I was pressured to drive my vehicle from Birmingham to Coventry. Neither dealership branch wanted to take ownership for the repair. I was eventually seen by the Birmingham branch (this took 3 weeks). They then did not repair my car for a further 4 months. Upon the return of my car there were still existing faults. All of my emails were ignored. I have since taken my car to an independent garage where they have said my car has structural damage and sub-frame damage and it is unsafe to drive. I was falsely sold this car and was never informed of it having structural damage (most likely from a collision). Communication is very poor. Once they have your money they are not bothered by any further customer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THE GARAGE!! I brought the BMW 4 Series ND64 XYB at just under \xa38,900 via finance. Went to pick it up and the car was not there, they gave me the excuse of it\u2019s at the MOT garage but never told me that until I was 10 minutes away from the garage after travelling over 100 miles! They haven\u2019t sent the money back to the finance company & they\u2019ve got it back up for sale and dropped the price of it! They hide away from the phone, refuse to answer emails & messages. These jokers are not even men. Solicitors are now involved regarding fraud, Trading Standards & Motor Ombudsman are very aware of the situation aswell! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE!!!!
