\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50 I purchased a 2020 BMW 520d G31 from Woodstock Car Sales on 17 January 2026, part exchanging my 2005 BMW 545i M Sport E61, and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from start to finish. My initial enquiry was via the website, as I had been struggling to find a garage willing to offer a fair part exchange on my E61. James responded quickly and far more positively than other places I\u2019d approached. Subject to a fresh MOT (as mine had less than a month remaining), he was happy to agree a deal in principle over the phone, which gave me the confidence to travel some distance to view the car. On arrival I was warmly welcomed by the owner, and James shortly arrived with the car and talked me through it in detail. He was knowledgeable, honest and very easy to deal with \u2014 more like a genuine car enthusiast than a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was upfront if he needed to double-check anything. After a test drive we agreed a deal I was very happy with. James then helped with all the paperwork, including transferring my private plate, taxing the vehicle and assisting with insurance so everything was in place for me to drive away the same day. The whole process felt smooth, professional and well organised. From the owner to the valet team, everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable. I\u2019ve now owned the car for just over a month and covered around 600 miles. I\u2019m really enjoying it. As with any used vehicle, a few minor cosmetic points and some intermittent electrical quirks have come to light since purchase \u2014 the sort of things that can happen with modern used vehicles \u2014 and I\u2019m hopeful these can be addressed in due course. Overall, I would definitely recommend Woodstock Car Sales. Professional, welcoming and straightforward to deal with \u2014 exactly how buying a car should be. I am now starting the search for my son\u2019s first car, and Woodstock Car Sales will be my first port of call. Based on my experience, I know they are safe, reliable and great to deal with \u2014 which gives me real confidence when buying a car for a family member.

Excellent experience from enquiry to purchase from James at Woodstock car sales. Im based in Cambridge so was tricky to get over to Oxford to view so we went through a lot of the car detail over the phone and via video. James couldn't do enough to help us pick and purchase the car and be out that day. I am super happy with the car, the condition and paid a fair price. Wanting a slightly modified Defender, I tried the usual place only to be met with arrogance , so I gave Woodstock a call, what\u2019s a breath of fresh air dealing with a company that listened to what I was after, kept me in the loop the whole way through and made the process so easy. Just bought a BMW M2 from Woodstock and had the please of dealing with James. Whole experience was great from start to finish. Highlights for me were fast effective updates from James during the purchasing phase, eg all those nitty gritty questions you have before you decide to buy and when it came to completing James was excellent with his knowledge of the car explaining the extras, went the extra mile in my eyes helping me out put my private plate on retention ( part ex\u2019ed my car with them) along with helping getting the new car get taxed when made the process of completing feel effortless. Would highly recommend Also great car at a sensible price
I recently had a rear seat conversion done on my land Rover Defender and it's great. Everything went perfectly from the time I first called and spoke to James to the time I picked the car up. I used Google reviews to help make my choice of who to use for this work and I can say that having that many 5 stars isn't an exaggeration as these guys are real pro's who know how to treat their customers and offer top quality workmanship and materials.
