I purchased my first WAV from The Wholesale Car Company in Dec 25. I first visited them in the October and Paul couldn't have been more helpful, fully explaining the differences in adaptations and listening to and understanding our needs. Once i had narrowed the choice down to two similar makes & models I went back and they had a good selection of both types. They bought one of the vehicles to my home so that we could be sure it would be perfect for our requirements. The order was placed and Paul kept me fully informed of the progress. He even advised on the best people to speak to regarding insurance. When I went to collect the car Jed had prepared it to the highest possible standards. Given that it was a 2017 car it was immaculate and shone & smelt like a new car. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, vehicle choice and presentation. They may not be the easiest to find but they are definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a WAV in the Midlands area.

Honestly highly reccomend Wholesale Car Company for anyone looking for a WAV. My daughters DLA was lost twice last year and we couldnt wait for motability and had too much going on to try again, so we had to buy a WAV (with very limited knowledge myself) and other places just didnt give me the reassurance needed! When we got to Wholesale Car Company, the staff were really friendly and experienced, able to answer all questions and provide all paperwork, the cars were all well looked after and I felt in safe hands from start to finish. We did have a couple of issues to start with, which was unfortunate, however Paul went above and beyond to get it sorted under warranty in a very timely manner so we have been very pleased with our purchase and the customer service has been brilliant! We have had our car now since the summer and its been a god send helping getting my teenage daughter out and about in her wheelchair, and even got us on our first summer holiday since my daughters diagnosis. Big thank you to Paul who was so helpful with everything! I highly reccomend this company for anyone looking for a good quality WAV.

Best car retailer I have ever dealt with! And I have a lot of cars! Other retailers whether they be seeking cars or washing machines could learn all about good old fashioned customer service from these guys! Made buying a vehicle a pleasure for a change! I have had a really good experience with this company. They have bent over backwards to help me with my car; I bought last May . Three times they have repaired my vehicle and given me a car to use while the repair was done . I am a woman and have never ever been taken care of so excellently I would give them 100 out of 100 . Paul from this company could not have done more for me , my warranty is nearly up and they are still there helping with a repair. Thank you so much Wholesaler car company especially Paul.

Brilliant place! We bought a low-mileage Citroen Berlingo, and they went above and beyond to make sure we could drive away in it the same day. Wide choice of WAVs, and a great team working there to help.

Can't recommend this company enough from start to finish , Paul was extremely helpful . It was a joy to actually purchase our vehicle. If you need a WAV thi is the place to go .

It is with a heavy heart and some trepidation that I must leave my first negative review (on anything) in order to warn other purchasers to be very careful if any faults appear on their vehicle after purchase. Make sure you get detailed information on what repairs have been done. As a female pensioner I am clueless about cars and trusted this company completely when I was had to hurredly purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle when my 92 year old mother broke her hip. Sadly, I was forced to returned the car at least 3 times UNDER WARRANTY with the same engine fault. I asked for paperwork on the nature of the fault, and what repairs had been done, but apparently none existed! I asked if I could swap the car (even trade up) such was my concern, but was assured by John that this car was now fault free. However I was concerned that, when the warranty ran out I would be faced with an expensive repair, and sadly that is just what has happened. FOUR DAYS after the warranty expired, the same orange 'engine fault' warning light appeared. My local mechanic has twice tried to repair the fault, to no avail. I now face contacting a specialist Peugot garage, with potentially great cost. I have contacted Wholesale Cars Limited via letter and received a reply which is quite distressing to read, with a closing comment that they might make a contribution to this repair "as a gesture of goodwill". Goodwill? I purchased a car with WARRANTY in the belief that repairs would be undertaken, and not that the car would simply be "plugged in, fault deleted" and returned to this very unsuspecting and previously trustworthy purchaser. I am so stressed about this. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I bought an Horizon WAV about 1 month ago and could not be more pleased with my purchase. Must admit I was very anxious about buying a vehicle unseen and from such a distance and had already backed off from buying from another company but when I spoke to Paul he made me feel so at ease with the whole process. He was a pleasure to talk to and gave so much of his time to help with my concerns. The car was delivered all the way down to Devon and was in excellent condition which I was very pleased about as I had agreed to part exchange my own car which was in very good condition. I was very happy with the price Paul offered to me for my car and although there was a delay on my part in getting a replacement windscreen fitted to mine he hung on to the Horizon for me. When Nick very kindly drove it down to me it was in lovely clean and tidy condition with the roof bars and extra front parking sensors fitted as agreed. Although a long drive back ahead of him Nick gave plenty of time to explain all I needed to know about the ramp and winch gear. He was great. The whole affair was great and I would not hesitate to buy from this company again .
