Very positive buying experience with Westbourne Professional. Courteous and professional customer service, vehicle exactly as described and an extra mile approach to customer experience. In a day an age of low expectations of the service provided by car supermarkets, they surpassed expectations whilst also being highly competitive on price. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and chose to use Westbourne Professional due to the 5 star reviews. Josh was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He found me a few options of the car I was looking for, collected the one I chose and it was perfect! The service throughout has been nothing short of 5 stars from the first contact to the collection of the car. The high quality customer service and the presentation of the vehicle, it was immaculate. Josh made the experience stress free, a true professional. I’d highly reccomend using Westbourne Professional as a car dealership, I will not be going anywhere else in the future.

I went here at the weekend to view a transporter they were very helpful showing me round the van when it came to paperwork the finance was likely to come back with high interest for me so they advised to try somewhere else for asset finance and come back as they didnt seem happy selling me high finance, which I was amazed at, truly putting the customer first which is why they are rated so high i would recommend this dealership to anyone!

A big thanks to Will and the team at Westbourne Professional. Went a view a volvo xc60, nice car just had a few cosmetic issues which Will reassured me would be dealt with on collection. Sure enough to there word on collection the Volvo car looked as new. Also they had changed the oil and filter and rear brake pads which from my past experience not many garages do.All this hasn't gone unnoticed so thank guys at Westborne Professional.
