This is the second time I've used autoparc Alnwick branch and have nothing but good to say, no pressure to buy but lots of helpful advice even advised not to buy one particular car as saleslady thought it wasn't right for me. Bought a lovely t-roc instead ... Love it. Reasonably priced and good price for mine.

Today 10 January 2026 we arrived at wearside autoparc where we were greeted by a gentleman names Adam. We were there, obviously to purchase a motor vehicle, Adam was very approachable, never felt pressured to buy a car but was very helpful to allocate the best car for us, he was very knowledgeable and polite (banter included)\U0001f609 we eventually, after a couple of test drives decided on a Nissan Qashqai. Within 5 days the car was prepped (MOT, serviced and valeted) we collected the car on 15 January. Adam went above and beyond to help us from start to finish and we appreciate everything he's done for us. We would definitely recommend wearside autoparc to anyone considering purchasing a car. CAR IS FABULOUS \u2764\ufe0f Steve & Michelle.

I Bought Peugeot partner van - serviced before sale 100k miles 5 months later timing belts stripped and ruined engine. Bad luck for me sadly as garage probaly unable To know but it\u2019s left me in a bad position now. Warranty of external company which got with the van sadly worthless as limit \xa3500 Repairs costing me \xa32150.

We came to see the car and, although they didn\u2019t have exactly what we were looking for, Hammad invited us in and offered a suitable alternative that they could arrange for us. The whole process was handled quickly and efficiently, especially considering the Christmas and New Year holidays. They even delivered the car to our home once everything was ready. We hope everything will go smoothly with no issues. The staff were very responsive, answered all our questions promptly, and even stayed a bit longer so I could do a test drive after work. Overall, a very professional and customer-friendly experience. Highly recommend
