I'd definitely recommend Waylands Oxford to friends and family. When I purchased my Volvo EX30 they were friendly and professional. Artur, who handled our sale, was more than happy to answer my questions and to demostrate features on the car. Where he needed help he quickly went to find out and returned with the answers. The car is great and I am really enjoying it.
Wayland Oxford have me an excellent used car buying experience! I felt as if I bought a new car as the attention and service was unsurpassed! Megan and Gareth both took care of my every concern and answered all my questions with care and efficiency. Megan was prompt to call me about the car I was interested in and kept me informed all along the service process through to well after the purchase! Megan made me feel she genuinely cared about my car buying experience through to even after the sale. And Gareth, her boss, stepped in to help when Megan was busy with someone else. This is a great team of sales people who have each others back, all in the interest of people looking for that perfect car!! I couldn't be happier with my experience and XC40 EV! I love my car!!
