Waylands Kia Bicester quality because you were in a 'no pressure' environment. However: when coming to our booked appointment to acquire and pay for the vehicle the salesman kept us waiting for forty five minutes before then showing us the car, and doing the paperwork. Further he was interrupted mid-flow in the paperwork by having to give himself for twenty minutes to another customer again. You need therefore to increase your staffing or stick to your appointments. Otherwise I would recommend Waylands Their sales department was better in the days when Grovebury ran the establishment.
The experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was good because The Senior Sales Manager Mr Toni Hardie explained all the options of a new car at the time of our discusion at the sales office . He said a 22 plate sportage was avalable after a discussion with his manager and we were given the keys to look around the car and Toni was a great sales man with out any pressure to help me and my wife with all the documents to be signed and when we picked the car up after dropping of our 19plate sportage. Great Job Toni thank you . He was very very good in explaining all about the car, the documents the finance and ensuring the car was serviced and cleaned ready when we picked it up :)
My experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was positive because of the good value vehicles on offer, professional dealership. Salesman (Tony) was very engaging and explained everything clearly but no pressure selling - allowed me to make my own decisions. Second car I’ve had from this dealer and very positive experience both times.
I'd definitely recommend Waylands Kia Bicester because I recently purchased a car from Kia and had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was especially nice to deal with a female salesperson (Chloe) who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The test drive experience was smooth and gave me a great feel for the car, helping me feel confident in my decision. I absolutely love my new little car—it’s so much more practical for my needs and significantly cheaper to run, which is a huge bonus.
