Do not buy a car from Wakefield motorhouse or their other business motorcraft365 i bought a car off these people and 5 minutes after leaving the business the engine management light came on we contacted them and they said it hadn't been run for a while and to give it a good run which we did but the light was still on a few days later we accepted a repair they had the car 2 days and when we got 10 mins away from home the light appeared again, we contacted them again and they told us to bring the car back at a later date which we did they then had the car for 5 days to fix the car they had it delivered back to us and not even 24 hours later the light was back on we then had it diagnostic check at our own cost and SIX PAGES OF FAULTS came up, we then informed them we no longer wanted the car due to a engine fault within our 30 day warranty and our consumer right act of 2015, they then admitted they knew it had faults and they had cleared them before selling, it has taken 5 weeks to get our money back a lot of messing about. they paid and took the car on the 26/03/2026 at 7.45pm and by 8.30pm the car is now back auto trader on with false information of miles and how it runs the faults have NOT BEEN FIXED and we still have the green slip! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
Beware people ! They created this non existent company on Autotrader (Motorcreaft 365) just because Wakefield Motor House LTD has got lots of bad reviews ! I paid a \xa3500 deposit for a SQ7, I went there on Saturday and the car was not as described so I did not go ahead with buying it, Fran, the sales manager, promised me to send the deposit back on Monday, I did not receive it, then promised on Friday and I still did not receive it, and other 2 times were promised and the same thing happened\u2026 so I said that I will open the court case but still did not receive it, so I had to open the money claim, they lost it and still did not send me money back ! Now they owe me \xa3550 inc court costs, I am gonna have to start the next steps so it will cost them even more\u2026 BEWARE !!!
