Expensive. Paid for washer to be fixed and when I got it back it wasn’t. Said they’d ring me the next day and they didn’t or even a few days after!

Susan looked after me and held my hand through the transaction and and I was very impressed the way vospers treat their customers and I am 83 and they were marvellous and I got a very good deal, they certainly have my vote

Booked a mot and service.Left my car at the garage at 8.30am and was booked in, advised would be ready early afternoon.Walked to work in the pouring rain.Finished work and wasted a couple of hours waiting around.Walked to the garage at 3 o’clock only to be told nothing had been done as they were busy with other jobs? Never have I ever witnessed this before.I actually thought the man was joking.The garage had my phone number.A phone call would have been appreciated if they were unable to do the work.This appointment was made a couple of weeks ago.Will not be returning!! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL

Electric van in for its 2024 annual service Following up on this, trying to book a for 2025 service and not getting any answer, requested a call back and waited over two hours nothing, called again and can't get through - looks like I'll be going elsewhere!
