Very rude on the phone. Needed to use my warranty and the lack of help from the person was sad to see. I went in person earlier in the year to get a service and they were very helpful then. They'll help you out when you're spending money but the second you need to use the service you've paid for, forget about it.

Nothing less than I expected from a reputable Mazda dealership. So much more than I had hoped for. Matt Hicks from the initial contact after paying my deposit to taking the car away was so professional and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The deal with Vospers was better than I expected and the service was way beyond what I expected. It was well worth the 700mile round trip, one which I would have no hesitation in doing again for my next car.

A LARGE group covering not just Mazda but Ford and Fiat and an extensive range of Commercial vehicles as well , as a result they have a LOT of cars of different makes for sale - would take at least half a day to "check them all out" Service reception is now integrated into the Ford main building for all makes. Service staff are polite helpful and knowledgeable and "generally" nothing is too much trouble for them. My first experience of them was good.

Excellent customer service and care. I had to take my car in at short notice. Vospers were supposed to have been notified by my lease company but were not. Michelle and the staff at Vospers did everything they could to help me and have my car seen to. They even gave me a lift to the hire car company as I could not get a taxi and it was at the end of the day. I could not thank them enough.
