Russell Davis provided a tremendous service, finding me a great deal which allowed me to replace my old car giving me a big upgrade. He arranged the car to be brought up from another city and in the meantime got me a test drive in the same model to see if I liked it. Russell is a very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful on getting all the extra Mazda features set up. I would definitely recommend his services.

The service team at Mazda Vospers have consistently been excellent whenever I have dealt with them. They are highly professional, take clear pride in their work, and have always been transparent — something I value greatly as a customer. I had miscalculated my MOT date, which was entirely my own error, so I booked the earliest available appointment, which was not possible at the time due to high demand. I explained my situation to the lovely lady on the phone, who asked me to leave it with her and she promised to get back to me within 30 minutes. True to her word, she called back having arranged both the MOT and the required servicing. I was extremely pleased with the level of care and efficiency shown. On the day itself, Jason once again took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined the planned approach. I was kept informed throughout the day on the progress of both the service and MOT. When a potential issue arose, Jason explained the situation clearly and discussed the next steps with me, ensuring I was comfortable should a replacement part be required. Thankfully, the technician was able to resolve the issue without the need for a replacement, and I was kept updated throughout. As always, when the car was ready, it had been washed and vacuumed, and I was contacted promptly to let me know it was ready for collection. When I arrived to collect the car, I was greeted by Zara, who was friendly, helpful, and efficient in arranging all the paperwork and payment. Concluding my experience with the same level of professionalism and friendliness demonstrated from the outset. Overall, the team at Mazda Vosper's continue to be outstanding and consistently accommodating, always striving to put the customer first wherever reasonably possible. On this occasion, I would like to specifically thank Jason, Zara, the technicians, and the rest of the team for providing such a high-quality, efficient, and professional service. I am extremely grateful to the lady I spoke with on the phone, whose name I unfortunately did not catch. As without her help and that of the technician, that she was liaising with, I would have been in a bit of a pickle with my work commitments. So thank you! Russell Davis provided an excellent service, letting me know initially of a great deal which allowed me to change to a new car whilst paying the same monthly interest as my old one. He then brought the car to my home for a test drive and delivered it personally when I had decided to buy it. He did all the paperwork and made my purchase a seamless experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the Mazda connectivity master unit and using Wi Fi and Android connections. A most personable and professional representative.

Thank you so much to Zara and Jadon for their amazing service and help today. I had a problem with my car and assumed that Plymouth where I live would be able to help! No chance, they just said try Exeter! I called and Zara fitted me in ASAP. So I drove a defective car up the A38, which was not good however Exeter couldn’t do enough and sorted it! Thank you again and Plymouth sort your act out!!

We were in Devon for the New Year when our Mazda 6 started to make a grating noise when braking at low speed. Everything pointed to worn brake pads so we went to Vospers Mazda to seek a diagnosis and hopefully fix the problem. Despite only having a limited number of staff in on 2 January Lara, Jason and the team had the problem diagnosed within just over an hour. Jason called us to explain and give us a price to fix the problem and then called again when the car was ready. Within just over 3 hours we were back on the road. Wonderful service! Kieran Chivers went out of his way to get my car prepped to a high standard and sent pictures updating me on progress. This was great for piece of mind as I was purchasing the car 252 miles away! Kieran made the whole process pain free and I am delighted with everything, would recommend!!
