My Jeep Grand Cherokee was in with Vospers yesterday for a technical recall. The service visit was arranged promptly, and the entire process was professional, uncomplicated, & fuss-free. I was given a good quality courtesy car at no extra cost, and Emily & Isabelle were brilliant on the day - getting me booked in and away in no time, and with regular updates through the day as to when my vehicle would be ready to collect. As an added (and unexpected) bonus the car was washed & hoovered prior to collection. All in all, the usual 5* service from Vospers Jeep in Exeter!! :-)
