Matt Hicks was fantastic start to finish. The cars I was most interested weren't right for me so whilst I was on a test drive he came up with a third option (despite not knowing I wouldn't get on with them at the time) which was perfect and I'm so happy with it. Never felt pressured into anything, felt very genuine the entire way through. Also took the time to explain how different parts of the car worked and help set up my phone and maps etc which no one else has done in the past when buying a car.
We arranged a month in advance for a recall to be completed and we were assured it would take 52 minutes by Nathan. We had to wait one hour 35 mins to get it back and that was only because we told them we had a dentist appointment, otherwise it could have taken longer! We are very disappointment with our experience.
Brilliant service from Jacob. I\u2019m a regular at Vospers Truro and this was the first car I\u2019ve bought from Jacob. I began duscussions a few months ago and Jacob patiently took me through the process (which was a little more complicated than usual for reasons beyond Vospers\u2019 control). Jacob loaned me a nice Puma whist the new Mustang was prepped which was a great help. When I picked the car up 50% of the chat was the new car and the rest about other stuff which was reassuring and personable. I had a great overall experience at Vospers and love my new MME. Thank you Jacob. Recommendations have already gone out to friends.
