We saw Natalie for my motability car and she was excellent. The car I initially wanted wasn't suitable and she waited for me to phone motability to gain permission under the grant scheme for a Kuga. All in all we were with her for 2 hours and she couldn't have been more patient with me. When I picked up my car again saw Natalie as and yet again she was superb. An extremely happy customer
I turned at the dealership and could not find the key drop off location so gave it to a receptionist. Was given a time to drop my car off and the letter about the recall sead it should take apex two hours. So I went home ( 25 min drive) for three hours and heard nothing so took a chance and went back. When I arrived I asked the receptionist how long would it be she replied the mechanic is about to go to lunch so it would not be starting till two pm . I was not happy to hear that it hasn\u2019t been started after having an appointment at 10 am. So I went back home. Only to get a call from a different receptionist at 13.45 to say my can in now ready for collection . Very disappointed with the level of service from such a big multi franchise dealer. An expensive recall. Not happy. Nigel B.
Suzanne at Marsh Mills Plymouth who sold me the car was so informative and was able to answer every query I had no matter how big or small. She did not rush me and allowed me the time and space to make a big decision. I felt that she went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for me.
