We had an excellent service from Vospers Seat based in Plymouth. We travelled from the Midlands to collect the car of our choice. Kieran Thomas carried out the whole process in a seamless and professional manner. He enabled us to trade in our old car and purchase the new car in one transaction, saving us 2 journeys. In a couple of hours we was on our way home in our new car! The whole process was carried out in a professional and seamless manner by Kieran to which we was so grateful. Many thanks Kieran and all other people concerned.

Awful experience and Adrian is the worst salesman I've had to deal with. From being given the wrong charging cable, being told 'I had something to moan about now' to a garbled apology given on voicemail. Glad Cupra have withdrawn from Vospers so I can get my car serviced elsewhere.
