Hi I tried to renew my vw transporter vans warranty traveled to site to be told by Peter that because it had not run out he could not do it and to phone back beginning next month. I rang to be put on hold for very long time then someone hung up.rang in afternoon spoke to Peter who said to busy ring back Monday, rang lots of times was told he would contact me. Unfortunately I had to go hospital so left it. When fit rang again was twice left just ringing. Gave up with Wrexham vw. Contacted vw Coventry in 10mins was all sorted and printed copy sent. You have serious problems on service I was sick of ringing and just being left on hold. Philip Hughes.
