My experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Liverpool was positive because right from my initial phone enquiry to the day we picked up our new Transporter, the level of service and communication was excellent. I was very happy with the price that we negotiated and our salesperson (Simon Fletcher) was thoroughly professional, helpful and friendly throughout. On the day we travelled to Liverpool to pick up the van, Simon took time to ensure I felt comfortable driving the vehicle and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company.
The experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Liverpool was great because the service beforehand, during and on collection day was 2nd to none. A great group of people to deal with, very friendly and knowledgeable. John Mason in particular was a huge help throughout, his patience, time he provided me with before making the decision to buy was the reason I purchased my California. Very helpful on collection day, showed me everything I needed, answered multiple questions with sincerity and demonstrated how things worked. Fantastic group of people for which I will highly recommend them others.
