Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were helpful because the staff were first rate. I had a test drive of the vehicle a trade in on my own vehicle was agreed. The sale was then completed the same day. I drove home in my new van. This was perfect for me as I do not live locally to the dealership. I highly recommend this agency.
The experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham was fantastic. Max was very patient and kind throughout our time there. He is very experienced and helpful. I'd recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham to a friend because they did exactly what they said they would and the van arrived when they said it would. Darren answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the van so it made the purchase really easy for us. Very happy we went there.
I would not recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham because I am still waiting for an update on when seat covers and mats we have paid for, but weren’t available when we picked up the vehicle will be delivered. The lack of communication does not make you feel like a valued customer.
Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were helpful because, right van at the right price. Darren looked after us very well. Very knowledgable about the van and able to answer all our questions/guide us through the purchase. He even came in on his day off to manage the handover and spent around 2 hours giving us an overview of the vans functions etc.
