We had a great experience with Victoria Motors ! And we have bought a car from them in the past. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish with no pressure or hassle. We are really pleased with our new car, it\u2019s in excellent condition! Highly recommend!
Excellent service given. There was no hard sell and both Nick and Declan were very knowledgable about all of the cars. The cars are well presented and it was good to be able to browse the cars at leisure and be able to look inside them. It was very easy to arrange a test drive.
I didn't really want to do this but I thought I would just share my experience and maybe someone could get in touch, I contacted via WhatsApp etc. my mum purchased a car for me from here whilst I was waiting for my insurance to pay out due to my old van being written off :( everything was great sales wise, I got 2 videos via WhatsApp of the car I bought inside and out, because I didn't live local to the garage, and it seemed perfect.. I dont want to be picky but the main things that have bothered me is.. the stop start didn't work which is due to the battery seems like a dead cell and the info screen comes up with "battery replace" which would cost around \xa3150 give or take , its always in vehicle charging mode. next.. the rear window demister doesn't work on all lanes due to deep scratched and grazes which would need to effectively be replaced, next.. the rear of the car/van has had previous damage and its clear to me that its been resprayed with defects and paint edges peeling and some paint runs.. its not the worst job but not sure what kind of accident it is seems rear bumper and both rear side corner pieces . theres a fair few paint chips around edges doors and boot lid.. last of all front windscreen has a chip/graze in it which is splitting slightly. we purchased the warranty cover etc but not sure how this can be resolved its upto Victoria Motors I guess ? on another note the vehicle was advertised as keyless entry which is one of the few things that made me want it but it doesn't seem to be working or has it in specification? , other things to note which are pending investigation is a rattle/knocking sound coming from the engine lower driver side so it seems. and other things like roof lining got scuffs holes and scratches on it and the whole rear part of the interior has been sprayed black but its been dust painted so its course like sandpaper and all black bits coming off. other than that it drives ok and is what I wanted .. but for \xa320k plus \xa3300 delivery.. not so 100% happy, so yea sorry to sound annoying I contacted the guy on WhatsApp about a few things at the time but no reply ? :/
