I bought a Volvo XC60 from these guys in July. The communication was good, until I'd paid my deposit, then I just got one word replies. The car was delivered, which is a great service. But sadly had more cosmetic damage than was advertised or that I was told about when asking about condition; including a dented door and a rip in the drivers seat. It also became apparent that the car had a buckled front wheel, despite me being told they were refurbished. The car also had more than one failed engine mount causing a knock when changing gear, and the rear tyres were 6 years old, and very cracked so needed replacement. The car also came with a new clean MOT with no advisories, but had an obvious issue that had resulted in an advisory the previous year... Ultimately, a lesson not to have a car delivered without properly viewing, but I would have liked more transparency of issues, particularly as I directly asked about these things.

Charged my wife \xa3500 for the front brake pads on her 2012 porsche cayenne. Later on found out the pads used were the generic brembo pads you get from ECP for a fraction of the price but charged us ridiculous price because he knew we needed the car urgently the following day. 1 weeks later, we noticed crazy squeaking noise coming from the brakes so got them to inspect it and was informed that the front calipers have seized. Seems a coincidence as they were the last people to work on it. Absolute cowboys, stay well clear of these hooligans and go to someone more reputable like the garage next door.

Purchased a Peugeot partner from VGS , sales team very helpful, experienced a clutch issue and VGS collected the car and carried out repairs under warranty. Incredible service from the entire team A++

Only reason they get a second star is because of speed of service. Quick MOT and quick to replace the tires. Bad communication, and when I asked questions about what tyres they were putting in they had no answers. They ended up putting on generic tyres and charging double the cost of what they should have. \xa360 tyres at \xa3125 each. Declined to give me a receipt either. O ky booked the MOT with them as they were the only ones who had immediate availability and now I know why. Absolutely rubbish AVOID THEM

Apparently my VW Polo requires "special advanced engine Oil" when they completed my service this year which meant i had to pay more for my service that what is advertised. According to VW's handbook, the recommended oil for my Polo is 5W-30 however this garage chose to use more expensive oil without informing me to bump up the prices significantly. This isn't a requirement and they should have said something rather than being given a bill which was more than we were originally quoted. They clearly dont follow the specifications of the car which is why i won't go back, they couldn't explain why they used it apart from the car being a high performance car - The car is a 1ltr petrol polo, Other car mechanic's have said this is false information. Not only this but they also cracked my windscreen when completing a service, Yes they paid for it to get replaced this caused significant inconvenience as i couldn't use the car until it was fixed. Please be careful if you use them and ask them before the service is done to avoid hidden costs.

Not good was told car was very good,,oil on empty ,not finished valet,rear wiper torn ,owner Kai said no problem come with AA WARRANTY. I buy the vehicle thinking all will be fine, I noticed some knocking from suspension and a bit of play from the transmission, took it to my local garage they said suspension top struts worn and all drive train fluids should be changed. When asking Kai if he wants to pay his answer is I refund you , The AA WARRANTY and 128 inspection is worthless, the car had no oil in it ,who checked that ME.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful. Booked in for a last minute MOT and they messaged back with a time and date. Showed up and they were able to give me a time to pick up. Went back and everything was done on time. I'm a first time user of the garage and will definitely use them again for my car. Returned for a second year and happy to report that standards are still high. Car booked in and returned at promised times. Excellent service.
