I'd definitely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland to friends and family because our salesman wasn't pushy or over sold the car. He was very genuine and approachable. The sales manager came across well too. Even the parts dept when we went back a week later to buy mats for the car, very knowledgeable and didn't over sell anything. Overall a great experience.
The experience at Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland was good because the whole team were excellent, Kieran in particular was great so patient and understanding really knew his stuff. I couldn’t fault him or the rest of the team at all I am really happy with my new car and I would highly recommend this garage to friends and family.
Originally went to purchase a Fiat 500, which had a few issues with it so we handed it back. Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland were great at organisation another car for us and we are very satisfied with how the second car turned out. Just grateful for the 14 day cooling off period and Maria constantly updating us with whats going on, and big thanks to James for swapping the fiance across smoothly too. Cheers.
