I'd endorse Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle because the staff were very helpful, everything was sorted by phone texts for agreements which made the process so easy. The vehicle was ready to drive away within a 3 days and some remedial work such as minor scratches on the paintwork are being carried out. Plus the service plans offered were very competitive.
I'd endorse Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle because the salesman Ibrahim was absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile to store my old car at the compound and bring it back to site when it came time to inspect it, very professional and I can’t speak highly enough , very satisfied with the whole experience.
I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle because after this experience would not like anyone on my word saying how good they are like I say I’ve bought several brand new cars over the years but the state of the body work for a brand new car was in acceptable I had to keep chasing the dealer never had this problem before made me feel very angry and cheated
