My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Skipton could have been better because absolutely no care gone into cleaning the car interior. Exterior scuff marks on sills that could have very easily been removed prior to handing over/collection. Not at all how I expect a £14k car to be presented.
I had a great experience at Vertu Vauxhall Skipton. Bobbi was an excellent sales representative. From when I first booked a viewing of this car she phoned me up to introduce herself and explain about the car. Before I arrived for a test drive she had sent me a video of the car with all of its features. This is the first car I have purchased and Bobbi was very helpful and kept explaining things to myself, keeping eye contact, even when someone else asked a question. When test driving she sat in the back and let my family member sit up front to test the car out. She answered all the questions I had and any issues she noted down and would sort on the car. I received a follow up call to ask what I was thinking and when we agreed the offer Bobbi kept in touch and sent me all the documentation I required. On the day of handover Bobbi sent a video of the car showing its condition and explaining all the features again. Any questions she didn’t know the answer to she went and sourced information from other colleagues. A few days later I received a phone call to check in with how the car was going and how I was getting on with it. Overall, this was a really pleasant experience, compared to other dealerships I had visited. I would highly recommend them. And again Bobbi was brilliant and I appreciate all the help she gave.
