My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Hexham was memorable because the Manager Gary was very welcoming and my salesman Emilian was very helpful, explained everything in great detail. Emilian made me very comfortable whilst on the test drive. Also checked up on me after I collected the vehicle. Overall a very smooth purchase and amazing customer service.
I was pleased with Vertu Vauxhall Hexham and would recommend them because they were friendly, not pushy and listened to what I needed and wanted. They ensured had the options of what was available such as finance and service plans and ensured I didn't need to take these but gave me all the information.
I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Hexham to anyone because the overall experience has been positive. We called to look at a fiesta as a first car for our daughter, we were approached by Simon who was friendly, polite and interested in what we were after. He is not a "typical" salesman, there was no fast sell, he talked through and listened to what we were after. He offered to reserve the fiesta so we could come back later, the car was ready for a test drive and when we decided to test drive a different car. This was not a problem. We purchased the fiesta, Simon has been brilliant, all paperwork, contact and aftersales. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and our daughter can't wait to drive! Major Thank you
