Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle were helpful because I went in just to see what was on the market in my price range to find exactly what I was looking for. I approached Richard a senior sales executive. Who wa snore than happy to assist with questions I had, offered a test drive. The vehicle has 2 outstanding recalls and prior to leaving on the day of collection Richard had it booked in to have the recalls dealt with. On the day of collection we were also met by David one of the mangers. Over all an amazing experience. If anyone is in the market for a car I would recommend speaking to Richard as he will do what he can to help.
