My experience at Vertu Toyota Doncaster was memorable because I always deal with Dan at Doncaster Vertu. He makes the process of buying a car really easy and straightforward. He answers any questions I may have and because he knows what cars I’d like he only gets in touch if he sees a deal that would benefit me, which I appreciate. I also like the fact that the manager always comes to say hello too, great customer service.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I received during my recent visit. Prior to this experience, I had visited several other dealerships, including Toyota locations, but I had never encountered service of this standard. I travelled from Leicester to Doncaster, and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth the journey. From the beginning, the team demonstrated exceptional care, respect, and professionalism that went beyond standard customer service. As I am new to the UK and have a slight accent, I was initially concerned about communication. However, the staff were extremely patient, understanding, and supportive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I would especially like to thank Sales Executive Daniel Beagley and his Manager Bradley Vann for their outstanding support and professionalism. I am also very pleased with my 2024 Toyota Yaris, which is in excellent condition. My driving instructor, Sachin Dharne, is highly supportive and was very satisfied with the car. His guidance and encouragement played an important role in helping me make the right decision, and I am truly grateful for his support. On my driving journey in the UK, I have been fortunate to meet many kind and supportive individuals who have helped me move closer to achieving my goals, and I sincerely appreciate that.
