I was happy with the service at Vertu Škoda Derby because before we came to the showroom we were sent a short video of the car so we had a clear idea of what we were coming to see. The car lived up to expectations. Contact between Vertu Škoda and myself was prompt and efficient.
I was pleased with Vertu Škoda Derby and would recommend them because at first chris who sold me my car was dead helpful up until I completed a different survey for him. Upon collecting my car I pointed out numerous scratches on the car he said dont worry we will sort that for you. I agreed emailed him the pictures and he called me about the survey which I completed. I called him once to try and set up a date to which he said he would call me with some dates this was nearly 10 days ago
