The experience at Vertu Škoda Chesterfield was great because the process was very simple. Susan could not have been more patient with my questions and explained everything in a simple and easily understood way. I was uncertain as to which vehicle I was going to purchase and again Susan took the time to discuss the pro’s and con’s of each vehicle compared to my needs. The financing agreement was fully explained and I found the process and information very clear and easy to complete. I arranged a date and time to collect the vehicle and it was there waiting for me to drive it away.
I'd suggest Vertu Škoda Chesterfield to a friend because the service I received was first class. My car was absolutely ‘gleaming’ inside and out on the forecourt awaiting my collection. The staff we dealt with were so professional and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Vertu.
I was pleased with Vertu Škoda Chesterfield and would recommend them because from walking through the door to picking up the car everything was don by the sales lady just has I expected to be treated when buying a car .she was brilliant down to earth that's what I like no pressure brilliant.
All staff at Vertu Škoda Chesterfield were good, but the Salesperson Courtney Panks that handled my purchase was professional courteous at all times though our the transaction including delivering the car to my home there diver was professional to she explained the vehicle to me.
