My experience at Vertu SEAT Darlington was cracking because the sales lady Emily was friendly, an able comunicator and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her interpersonal skills were exemplary and she made the whole experience a pleasure. I'd go as far as to say this was the best experience I have had when buying a car. That means a lot, particularly as at 77 years I have bought many cars over the years. In a nutshell Emily is a first class asset to your company. Oh did I mention I believe I got a great deal.

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
