The experience at vertu renault was great. Honey explained our questions during the test drive very well, Paul as the sales manager was very direct and clear with the options and put a great package for us. Alex on handover explained everything well but at the same time made the process quick and efficient. The car was very clean both inside and outside so the workshop lads did an excellent job. We’ve been enjoying our Renault Symbioz so far and would highly recommend this dealership at Vertu Renault Leicester.
Vertu Renault Leicester were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the service you receive is brilliant, Seb is our point of contact and from start to finish he was brilliant, he explains everything and always made sure we had time to ask him any questions. He fully explained everything from the process of the start of the purchase right through to the handover. We are extremely happy we purchased two vehicles with Seb’s help.
