I would recommend Vertu Peugeot Harlow to friends and family because the service was great - Connor and Alex were fantastic as were all the team at Vertu. No fuss and no pressure - very polite and friendly and good communication. I will buy from them again. The choice of cars was fantastic as well as they have huge selection onsite and online and the car we bought was excellent--- very happy customers
I'd recommend Vertu Peugeot Harlow to a friend because, after viewing 6 other cars of the same ilk, the customer service at VPH put other dealers to shame. Imran agreed to prepare the vehicle to a very high standard and kept us informed every step of the way. It was actually a pleasure to purchase this car from VPH.
Vertu Peugeot Harlow staff were good because they were all friendly and explained everything clearly. In particular, Georgia was amazing and She looked after me whilst we were looking at vehicles. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process
The experience at Vertu Peugeot Harlow was great because I was lucky enough to have Connor to show me around the car I chose. Connor was so helpful and very patient with me, I took a long time to be sure of the car I wanted and even left virtu to look at other cars locally. When I returned to virtu I was welcomed back by Connor and took the car on a test drive which was offered earlier. I wanted Connor to come on the test drive with me and my daughter, he was happy to do this. Connor was fun without being intrusive, he was informative without being pushy, he was polite and respectful, it was an absolute pleasure to meet him. Aaron and Alexandros were also very nice. Please thank them all for me (especially Connor).
