Overall Great experience from start to finish with this car lease. Ben, from sales clearly explained everything was very friendly and to the point (which I particularly liked as I’m often short on time). Ben/the dealership were very accommodating of my request to time handover with a family visit which was near the dealership location. Thanks to Ben, Steve who assisted whilst Ben was tied up during a visit and all behind the preparation and readying the car in super quick time. Would absolutely recommend as a dealership. Thanks
I had a great experience at Vertu Peugeot Exeter because the process was simple, communications were great and all promises of information, videos, pictures, eetc, were met. Steve Duggan assisted us and was great. The overall process was very smooth and Steve looked after us from start to finish.
Vertu Peugeot Exeter were great because they were very helpful, the staff were not pushy like I have found at other sites. You were able to browse their site and ask staff for advise without having any pressure to buy anything there and then. Lucy was especially helpful, allowing me to go on a test drive and supporting with collection of the vehicle.
