From the moment of contact I felt really comfortable and excited about the prospect of getting a car from Vertu. Vertu was the 3rd dealership Iād visited and by far the best customer service. Jasmin in particular who sold me my car, was so lovely. She went above and beyond to help and was always on hand to answer questions. Everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. Iām really happy I got my car from Vertu and not elsewhere. I would highly recommend.
I'd endorse Vertu Peugeot Banbury because Jasmine was so helpful. She listened to what we wanted, kept in touch, and made the whole experience hastle free. Jasmine spent the time to send me a video of the car so that I could get to see the car detailing, condition and layout which was super helpful, friendly and put my mind to rest as we hadn't fully made up our mind to go ahead with the purchase. On the day we picked up the car, Jasmine was organised, professional and polite, explaining all of the parts of paperwork, finance and services (which we have taken up with her quote for Northampton). Jasmine also called me a few days later which was a lovely touch!
