I was happy with the service at Vertu Nissan Tamworth because Dealership was very friendly and the staff were great and catered to my every need. The management were great and the lady that helped me through it all (I think her name was Sophie) was very helpful. Overall a great service and would recommend to my friends and family
After spending two frustrating weeks dealing with uninterested staff at other dealerships, Vertu Nissan Tamworth were an absolute breath of fresh air. From the very first phone call through to collecting the car, the level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service was outstanding. The team were polite, approachable and genuinely interested in helping, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt too much trouble, and it was refreshing to deal with people who clearly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Although I purchased a pre-owned Audi A6 rather than a Nissan, I was treated with the same care, professionalism and attention throughout. The experience from initial contact to driving away in the car was first class, and I cannot recommend Vertu Nissan Tamworth highly enough. If you are looking for excellent service, professional staff and a dealership that genuinely values its customers, this is the place to go.
