Vertu Nissan Sheffield were fantastic because I knew when I saw this Mini on the website, it was what I wanted, but I also knew I'd be buying it on trust as it was in Sheffield and I'm in Cornwall. The excellent Josh Ashley understood that and did everything possible for me to make the right decision - not pushy ever but patient, very knowledgeable and empathetic which built my confidence that there was a very low risk of a mistake. Essentially I bought the car from Josh and he took me through the long distance process with great professionalism. So thank you Josh and Vertu for making what could have been nerve wracking to a risk averse person like me, an absolute pleasure - I got the car I wanted in the time that I needed it and I got great support all through the process.
