I'd endorse Vertu Nissan Ilkeston because Danielle who was my sales person was very polite pleasant and knowledable gave me plenty of time to view vehicle not rushing me and in handover of vehicle took me through all vehicle controls and checked if I was happy with everything then contacted me a few days after I collected vehicle to see how I was getting on
I would recommend Vertu Nissan Ilkeston to friends and family because the service I received from Lewis and Karl was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed having worked in a customer service environment myself. Would recommend Vertu Ilkeston without hesitation.
My experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston was cracking because i wasnt pushed into making a deal, it was my own choice. Good customer service and explained everything in full detail.
