My experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston was cracking because i wasnt pushed into making a deal, it was my own choice. Good customer service and explained everything in full detail. The experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston was good because- Danielle came out and was instantly very welcoming and helpful, I didn't at all feel pressured and she was very knowledgeable. She is clearly great with people and remembers all the little details and answered all my questions regarding the car I was looking at. Management and all staff along the way were great and introduced themselves whilst in the showroom. I bought a Vauxhall mokka and I absolutely love it, the spec is high and I'm very happy with my new purchase, so I would definitely recommend Nissan vertu ilkeston for their great customer service.
