Vertu Nissan Ilkeston were really helpful and I'd recommend them because staff couldn’t do more to help me. I don’t know much about cars but Ben took the time to explain each feature and offered reassurance when I had queries. Lewis checked in with me after the sale and again was great. Since the sale I have come back to Nissan twice to sort out 2 further documents (which was requested by myself), Ben and Lewis were both there and greeted me well. Would recommend!

I was happy with the service at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston because the gentleman we dealt with (Mark Boot) was fantastic. He was warm and welcoming, he took the time to show us the car in detail and answer any questions we had. We visited a few times before purchasing as it was a big decision and he was helpful throughout.
