My experience at Vertu Nissan Halifax could have been better because the vehicle was not ready for sale in my opinion. There was some issues with the car once I drove it home, having contacting them with raised issues the manager then asked how the brakes are! Very worrying as I didnt complain about the brakes and he said he had a set there for the vehicle, having received the vehicle after work carried out the exterior of the vehicle was poor! Having cleaned it my self over the weekend it became clear why the delivery driver said they dont touch the exterior of the vehicle! Theres over spray on the drivers door, front passenger side bonnet and on further inspection the full rear bumper and front bumper has been resprayed! I was no informed about this and ive only noticed having to clean the vehicle my self!
