I'd definitely recommend Vertu Nissan Derby because the service that I receive on every occasion is excellent. Whilst I live in Northampton I will always go to Nissan Derby for whatever make if car that I require because of the super, professional and friendly care that I get there. Especially from Kevin the salesman that looks after me.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Nissan Derby because from the minute we arrived and started looking around, we felt very relaxed, not pressurised by sales people. Tony was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and informative and not pushy. Steve the sales manager introduced himself and again was very friendly and great to deal with.
I had an excellent experience at Vertu Nissan Derby. Richard Cooper the sales person was very knowledgable, helpful and professional. He explained everything and answered my queries. He went over and beyond in resolving a couple of minor issues. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Steve the Sales Manager was also very helpful and accommodating.
I’ve owned two Qashqais now, but this was my first time buying from Vertu Nissan Derby — and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. I told Regan exactly what I was looking for, and they delivered beyond expectations. The service was excellent, the car was spotless, and despite my tight turnaround, the team absolutely pulled it out of the bag. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.
