The experience at Vertu Nissan Chesterfield was great because Andy the Manager introduced us to the car and was very informative , excellent communication and very thorough and professional sessional , he handed us over to Russell who completed the purchase , he was professional and dealt with everything for us in a friendly knowledgeable manor , car was delivered in good time , met our expectations from start to finish . Thank you we are delighted we th our new car . Would recommend !!
The experience at Vertu Nissan Chesterfield was great because Andrew court was great at communication and when he wasn’t available we was appointed Sam whom was also good help ! It’s clean they didn’t seem pushy. I have a couple of minor issues I have found with the car nothing serious but they are dealing with this for me. Which is great ! Friendly staff all round. Receptionist is lovely. Mark another sales guy was happy to help with one issue as neither Andrew or Sam was there and he was polite and respectful. All staff seem polite and respectful! Enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and can of cold pop whilst waiting for my car to have tyre changed !
