I had my car for two days before being told it was being recalled for a fault…..fine. All booked in. Dropped off on the Saturday so work could commence on Monday. Went to collect on Monday pm. Received a video showing what was found. Washer wiper fluid low (topped up) and coolant low (topped up) one rear tyre with cracks andlow(er) tread than the others…..recommendation for tracking to be done. Also water egress into rear light cluster requires new cluster and…….pressure hose not working so couldn’t be cleaned!! This was a week after collection!! Why/how were the fluids low and why wasn’t the tracking done before I took charge of it?? I am now waiting for a call to bring it back in for the light cluster and the tracking which means another day off work.
I'd suggest Vertu Land Rover Yeovil to a friend because the customer service is very good All staff friendly and helpful Vehicle was ready to collect on the agreed day and salesperson went through all the vehicle’s specifications in details and in a way easy to understand I had a list of questions and he answered them all and made sure the vehicle was set up as I wanted it before I left the garage
I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Yeovil to a friend because I bought an approved used Discovery with Lewis, easy to organise a test drive and it was delivered quickly by the team. One small problem was resolved very quickly. I'd definitely go back to the team at Yeovil for my next car.
My experience at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil was amazing because we went in to look at a specific car, we were given all details thoroughly of this car but then also want through all our requirements and what else may be suitable. We weren’t pressured into anything at all and it was all very clear for us. Had a great deal on the finance too. Thank you Kieron for your help and for the lovely touch of a teddy for our new baby! We will definitely be back for our next car.
