My experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton could have been better because after 4 weeks I still dont have the vehicle i purchased. Prior to the sale, communication from Land Rover Taunton was very proactive, once the sale completed and problems with the vehicle identified, communication is almost non-existent unless I chase. 4 weeks on and I still don’t have the vehicle I purchased. This highlights staff are only interested in cash bonuses from sales, not customer service. This is a reflection of either - a toxic culture, poor leadership from management or lack of ability, lack of staff training – you tell me.
