My experience at Vertu Land Rover Exeter could have been better because we were told some bodywork repairs would be done as part of the purchase, but were not done as agreed when we collected the vehicle . We were told we had misunderstood the conversations, which shocked us as we hadnt. John in sales took photos with us, of what needed to be repaired, stating it would be done to a high standard because of the bodywork shops standards. We did not misunderstand the conversation, the bodywork has been toucked up roughly with a pen. We therefore do not wish to bring the vehicle back to your dealership for future repairs or maintenance. Regards, Hagit and Julian
