I was pleased with Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield and would recommend them especially because of the product knowledge, professionalism & friendliness & helpfulness I would like to thank Danielle Ryan for speaking with me not at me explaining the importance & differences of my purchase & not forgetting the lovely receptionist Suzanne who always has a smile.
The staff at Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield were good because I would like to sincerely thank David Wood for the exceptional service he gave my daughter and me during our recent vehicle purchase. From the moment David saw us looking at the Range Rovers outside, he approached us with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. To be honest, I was unsure whether I even wanted to purchase a Range Rover after previously considering a Mercedes-Benz GLA200, and because of the reputation of the Range Rover Evoque being one of the most stolen vehicles, I felt scared and apprehensive. However, David took the time to listen to all of my concerns patiently and honestly. Alongside my daughter, he helped me focus on the positives and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out to me most was that David never judged us. As a Black woman, there are times when you can feel overlooked or treated differently, but David treated us with genuine respect, compassion, and understanding from beginning to end. For once in my life, I truly felt seen and understood as a customer. He answered every question I had without pressure, rushing, or sales tactics. Even after the purchase, when it took me a few weeks to collect the vehicle because of my busy schedule, David remained patient, supportive, and accommodating throughout. Thank you, David, for your outstanding customer service, your patience, and most importantly, for simply seeing us as people. It meant more than words can express.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield to friends and family because of how genuine and accommodating members of the team are and how they go above and beyond to ensure the service you receive is top tier! I was supported by Ashley Platts following a bad experience with my previous car purchase at a different dealership. Ashley understood my concerns and worked exceptionally hard to find me a suitable vehicle. I appreciate his support and would recommend Vertu for that reason also.
The sales team were great, Ash in particular provided good information about the vehicle on the test drive, and understood the circumstances in my purchases of a new vehicle and made the sale as efficient and easy as possible. Overall the whole team at Land Rover chesterfield are professional and friendly.
