I would not recommend Vertu Bradford, I purchased this vehicle in good faith online. With the usual assurances that all pre-sale checks had been done and the car was good to go. It now turns out the front off side drive shaft bearing and housing are no good and the car is not driveable. It is now in service at Marshall’s in Swindon and I will not see it. For 4-5 weeks.
My experience at Vertu Land Rover Bradford could have been better because the handover of the vehicle was not as expected and furthermore the follow-up level of customer service to rectify the matter has been well below standard The dealership had more than sufficient time to prepare the vehicle. Interior Valet was poor considering the vehicle had white interior. Exterior has very visible swirl markings where the vehicle has been polished in some patches, on a black car this clear is clearly noticeable. It has been over 4 weeks and I still Have not received any feedback on how this is going to be corrected. Images were sent to evidence the matter. At present, the overall aftersales experience has unfortunately fallen well below the standard I would have expected from a main Land Rover dealership
I’d definitely recommend Vertu Land Rover Bradford. Our salesman Abu was fantastic from start to finish. Calm, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely listened to what me and my wife wanted. He worked with us on the price, never made us feel pressured, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years, and honestly this was the best experience we’ve had. The customer service was spot on, everything was handled properly, and we drove away with the exact car we wanted feeling really looked after. Massive thanks again to Abu and the team.
I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Bradford because I bought an approved used Range Rover sport on Saturday the engine management light came on Sunday the car was recovered Monday and I haven’t had my car for 3 weeks I paid £20,000 for a car on Saturday and had to catch a bus to and from work Monday Tuesday i know cars can have problems but been an approved used I would expect it to last more than a day
I had a great experience at Vertu Land Rover Bradford because the salesperson i dealt with (Holly) was very professional and clear. She made understood everything very easily, nothing hidden.
