I had a great experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton because the service received from Andrew was exemplary from start to finish, complete with follow up calls a few days later to ensure I was still happy (I was) and very happy to answer any questions I had (there were a couple)
My experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton was memorable because the staff were great BUT when someone is spending £83000 on there dream car and they come to pick it up and the car is clean outside but when you look closely inside all the buttons are dirty, stains on the seats and when i pulled the sun visor down 2 david loyd gym pass cards are still attached to the visor with what i assume is the previous owners names on them, very poor i feel, not the service you expect spending a huge amount of money, i own a company myself and if something this poor happened in my company heads would roll.
The experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton was great because the service provided by Brooke was very good , she knew the product detail and was attentive. The only downside was the car prep, for example - it wasn't 100% clean , when i got home i removed hair from the seats and cleaned the soiled carpets. The steering was heavy because the tyres (all) were low on pressure , there was only 30 psi NSF despite having a very recent service , the scratches weren't removed and require a follow up. Otherwise it would have been 10 not 8 score.
