I'd endorse Vertu Land Rover Bolton because Andrew West was excellent from first meeting him I felt he was not thectypical pushy car sales person he was ver knowledgeable and essy to talk to he made sure both myself and my husband had all the information about the car we bought and didnt rush us into any decisions. The test drive was relaxed and not rushed and the handover was excellent he madevthe whole car buying experience enjoyable as usually i find it very stressfull so defo 10 out of 10 for Andrew.
I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Bolton because my experience was absolutely wonderful. Meg was so helpful. Answered all questions I had, she made the whole experience easy. The Range Rover Sport that I purchased is a dream. I could not be happier. Great Team would highly recommend. Thanks Meg for everything xxx
Vertu Land Rover Bolton were extremely pleasant to deal with, making my new car purchase easy. Erika was very friendly, helpful and informative discussing different options and found our perfect car. The whole experience was smooth and Erika was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely return in the future!
Vertu Land Rover Bolton were helpful because Brook is an excellent member of the team. She fully helped me to select the right vehicle. Was ready on the day she said and everything was smooth. Not a single issue. Kept me updated at all times. Land Rover Defender. An amazing vehicle. Hand over day was excellent and would definitely reccomend her at Land Rover.
Vertu Land Rover Bolton were great because there is always a time when something can go wrong, this is when you truly find out how good or Bad your JLR Dealer is, in my case something was not working as it should I arrived at Bolton JLR and to Find Brooke waiting to take my car straight into the workshop. whilst waiting Simon the New car Sales Manager came out and introduced himself and to ensure all was being done to have me on my way soon and also if i required any refreshments. A short while later my car was ready and Simon came over with the keys apologising for the issue and with a small gesture of goodwill, so in my case I found Bolton JLR and Simon went out of there way to provide great customer service. Its a 10 from me!
