Vertu MINI York were fantastic because nothing was too much trouble. The deal was carried out by email and telephone conversations and I had every confidence that when I travelled nearly three hours to collect my car that the vehicle would be as expected. The service I received from Lucy, Ben and Stacey was great and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a mini. Having worked in the motor trade many years ago myself I always measure people by my high standards and Mini York certainly didn’t disappoint. Top marks!
My experience at Vertu MINI York was positive because Carl was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a very specific model. After I missed out on the ideal car; Carl spent a lot of time and energy to find me the right vehicle and he continued to liaise with me. He managed to locate the ideal vehicle in Sunderland and arranged to have it shipped to York for me to see and buy. I would definitely recommend !!

Carl Baker was very thorough & helpful, I would definitely recommend him, he was very patient & explained how all the functions worked on the mini display, after purchasing my new mini I received a follow up call to see how I was getting on & if I had any other questions, I was told to get in touch if I needed any further help.
