Just been to collect our brand new Mini from Vertu Teesside and have thoroughly delighted with the service. Zain, the guy we dealt with, was an absolute star, so very friendly, so helpful and made us feel special. He made the whole process so easy-even the boring admin bits! Outstanding customer service from Zain at Vertu Mini Teesside. Friendly, helpful and no sales pressure! I find car sale rooms intimidating sometimes but Zain made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the outset. I picked up my new (to me) Mini Clubman yesterday and drove home with a smile on my face.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu MINI Teesside because of the very friendly and helpful service I received, not only from Maddie on the Sales Team but also from the Finance team. Maddie on the Sales Team, helped me pair up my phone, she helped me with my insurance. She was very informative going over all the documents with me so I fully understood every part of the purchase.
